Ingredients
- 1 cup, plus 1-2 tablespoons milk of choice
- 2 rounded teaspoons raw cocoa powder
- 1 t Suganon Xylitol
- ¼ t vanilla extract
- Pinch cinnamon, optional
Method
- Place milk in a small pot over medium-low heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk the cocoa, Suganon Xylitol and extra tablespoons of milk thoroughly until a paste forms.
- Add this to your milk and whisk until dissolved. Heat milk further until hot, but not boiling.
- Whisk cocoa mixture into milk mixture. Heat till hot but not boiling. Stir in vanilla extract and cinnamon, if wanted.
- Pour into a mug and enjoy!
